The BEST p2p file sharing program is Filetopia. For those who don't know about Filetopia (Tesla which is a variation of Filetopia) is a great chat/p2p file sharing. Please I implore you to check it out, you will not be disappointed!!!

Well it's an easy to use Chat/File sharing program (also used with Traders [but traders are frowned upon]). I've been told it's been around for 3 1/2 years. It's bether than kazaa, because you download from individuals that you can talk to if you have questions about the file, also there are less viruses. And you can download better software, mp3, vidoes/movies, and games...I guess mIRC is kinda like it, but since I am behind a firewall (router), I can't use mIRC. Which Filetopia is very friendly to firewalled impaired individuals. If you are loking for an alternative to kazaa, check out filetopia (if you don't understand how to use it, anybody in any chat room will be happy to help you out). And if you do try it and still have problems, leave a message here...

I am not to familar with eMule, but what i think i know about it is it gathers your file together. Plus it seems like it takes forever to connect to a emule server. Filetopia connects instantly...plus you can download from very fast connections. Also many of the people on Filetopia are regulars, you will see the regulars almost everyday and there are new members everyday. I started messing around with filetopia about 2 months ago and i have to admit i check it out at least 2 hours a day now...sometimes more. This is pure testimnonial...

emule and kazaa are similar in that it starts off slow but the more you give the more access you get.I think in emule its like you take a meg you have to give a meg

I like Kazaa for music but I find that it's hard to get full version games and software (ISO's). And if you do find one that starts up and you do in fact download it, it always seems to be not what you wanted. I really can't vouche for emule, i tried it once using a http1.1 proxy, because i have no idea how to use a socks4 or 5 proxy. And i connected once and i started to download some dreamcast games (cuz that's what i'm into now), and it seemed to download from like 20 different and when it got to like 25% it just stopped i left it on for awhile came back it was still 25%. So i uninstalled emule. And then a couple of weeks ago I decided to give it a try again, i connected for about 1 min and got disconnected and could not connect again. So again i uninstalled emule, again! Until i find something better, I'll stick to Filetopia. It may seem kinda crappy when you first get on it (that's what i thought), but after i learned more, I realized there was a lot more to this program.

That's great andmerr. If you want a cool place to hang out, go to #Absolute Sega (under games\consoles) that is where you'll find me most of the time. If you have questions on how to get around, just message back.

Yeah my name is junkhead1 (Tesla, Primary) and junkhead420 (Filetopia, Secondary), i hang out at #Absolute Sega. You can ask me questions there...and others are also always willing to help new people.
To get the chat room list, click CHAT in the menu above. A list will appear, just double-click on a chat room (i usually go to one that has a least 10 people). Once you are in a chat room, double-click on a persons name (off to the right) and their list will appear. Once their list is available, just double-click on a file to start the download. Sometimes if other people are ahead of you, you will be queued (usually i don't bother with the download-i would try again later). If you are behind a firewall, you cannot download from people who also have firewalls. Just come by and hollar at me and i will help you...just identify yourself so i know you are the one from this forum. Bye see you.
