What is a good flashcart, ive done a bit of reading n reading reviews on gbatemp, but im not sure which cart to get. Right now for my ds i have the EZ V, the broken 3-in-1 ez v expansion (wont save after patching), n a supercard lite.
Well what i want is a good slot 1 that will have good future support, so im kinda avoiding the newly emerge flash cart. Im thinking of the gba days of supercard and m3. ezv wasnt a good choice for me, for their lack of support (they seem to try tough)
Im thinking of getting one of these 3 cart. Acekard (...cause it looks cool?), M3 real (cause there is gba expansion), Supercard DS One (cause i got lite, n their in game cheat n stuff). i dont really care about gba support but it would be nice to have it so im thinking M3. Also SDHC support is what i need. ds download play would be awesome, does one of these three got bad support. Does the Supercard have bad gui?, scrolling cheat text? M3 real still have a slowish gui?
Any suggestions at all, i am really confused what to get. thx
Supercard has alot of cool features, like real time save (cyclone ds is the only other cart that has this?), and in game cheat (what other cart has this) But the supercard GUI looks ugly and slow. Youtube vids look like the sc cheats r cut off n dont scroll like the lite?
Acekard 2 gui loads like 2 sec. but they dont have as much features, its main feature its focus on is to play games...
So far i think im going to get a supercard, but i donno about gba. But then i have the supercard lite... Guess ill read up on the M3.
Why change????? I am still using my EZ V, (and my R4 and my G6Real). Unless you have money to burn or have a game that absolutely won't play on the EZ V, I don't see any reason to change cards.
Well, its just a bit buggy. I dont like it, the cheats dont work right also, but thats not a big problem. My EZ V has been acting funny lately it gives white screen after game load (including old games that used to work without any problems). Also does not show up that a ds cart is inserted sometimes. I have tried cleaning contacts, chkdsk on memory card, new memory card(JP kingston) wedge piece of paper on the cart to make it touch the contacts more.
So i need to upgrade, im going to update to sdhc compabible. Flashcarts arent that expensive anyway.
