Hi, I'm using Swap Magic 3.6 plus and am habing trouble loading my PAL imports correctly. when I put in the disc. the Screen becomes disproportional. This is what I have tried to far:

Video Mode -
NTSC - Everything runs fine, but only half of the screen shows up.
PAL - Game runs. constant blinking/flickering. colors are disoriented and only half the screen shows up.
NORMAL - Runs the same as PAL.

I've used this thread many times to convert my PAL games to NTSC. Has worked very well on the games that needed converting.

I probably should have mentioned what game I was trying to play.

Game - Final Fantasy X PAL - AU edition.
I checked that list numerous times and I didn't find that game on the list.

I've loaded up on the emulator and the video looked fine, but on the TV it was distorted.

I've also tried on two different TV sets.

Could the swap magic DVD be damaged? I'm in the process of getting a new set.

Doubt the Swapdisc is faulty if it loads. If you don't mind wasting a couple of DVD-R's you could burn the game with different y-fix's. Start off with a y-fix of 48 then with a y-fix higher than 48 and another lower than 48. Keep doing this until you hit the sweet spot, then you could submit the value so it can be added to the list.
