I have ftped before but my computer crashed and now i'm having probs. Smartftp and flashfxp both show the drives on my xbox but when i try to move something from my computer it moves it but it always says it is 0 in size so it doesn't realy move it. I am so frustrated. I have never been able to stream or anything like that but i know i am just f***ing up the settings on my xbox.

I'm kinda new to this too, but I don't think you're messing up your xbox.
I had the same problem using UltraFXP (freeware) I re-installed the program and it worked. Also the guide for using IE works well too
