Im using nero 7 trying to burn an rar file. what steps do i need to do.thanks all

you can't burn a rar file first.
that rar file is most likely a compressed .AVI file.
you have to convert that .AVI file back to mpg files then do
what you want with it.

rar files are usally in most cases, a compressed .AVI file
can be other types of files aswell you will need to find
that out. thats most likely a RS file, a video file is usally
in.AVI format.....

Use WinRAR to extract files and as mentioned these will probably be AVI files. I use NeroVision to convert and burn these resultant files, heres an example how I do mine

you can burn rars as data if that what you really want

could do with more background on the whole project and something of your experiences if any on if you have done this sort of thing before...
