I didn't get an error before when I was burning, until I did a clean boot(Disable all services from msconfig) in order to play a game. I knew it must of been a service that wasn't running, but I clicked start on every service. Turns out it didn't work. I tried to re-install Nero 7 as well but it didn't work either. Here is my Nero History you can checkout.

try uninstalling the IDE/ATAPI controller in device manager and reboot pc
if no go try uninstalling the drive in a separate location DRIVES in device manager...

Alight I went to Drive Manager and found IDE ATA/ATAPI controller. I unstalled Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller. After all the hardware reinstalls, I used the Nero Clean Up tool to remove Nero 7. I installed Nero and it did the same error.
