I searched through all the earlier posts(closed) but not able to find solution to it..and the problem has been around for a month now..
I am using NEC 6650A DVD Writer firmware 102B Dell Inspiron 640M, windows XP home edition with Nero 6.0 Ultra edition and it gives error "illegal disc", Could not perform start of Disc-at-once, Burn failed and there was no problem earlier I have tried different manufactures DVD but same problem..problem description changes like-unrecognized format, unable to format, illegal disc etc with all different burning software but problem remains same..
I had tried upgrading firmware to 103C/103D, changing MID with DVD identifier but no luck..
Kindly help..
Rgds/
