Burned Process Failed and other Errors

Hi ,
I hope someone can help me out here. I'm having trouble with burning files to a DVD/CD. I usually used Nero and I used to burn files, videos and audios without problems. However just recently I encountered Burned Process Failed at 8x... while using Nero 6. I tried to solve it by erasing temp files and other files to unload my memory space. I also tried to burn using other programs. I also transferred the files I burned to c: drive. All didn't solved the problem. I tried to load the CD that I tested to burn, the files were actually burned, those are video files, when I play the file it becomes choppy and the original files were not really choppy.
I really need to solve this because I'm running out of memory and need to save the files in a CD. Please help me. I've already wasted a lot of DVDs.

i have had alot of issues with these dvdr's lately so now only use verbatim, problems i had were frezing on last part of dvd and stuttering...
