Check the graphics card is powered correctly, and have that tested too.

Thanks for the quick respond sammorris!
It is powered correctly but isn't it strange that the BIOS does not beep at all with or without RAM or Grafics, or what so ever. I tried many different wariation befour I have call them up. I had a feeling that was something wrong with the Mobo and now they say all OK. I am on the same place where I was two weeks ago. If there was a problem with the grafics shouln't I receive an error beep or something from the BIOS?

This can happen if the 4-pin connector that powers the CPU is omitted. You've checked that also?

Yes everything is connected and double checked! According to the MoBo manual. Could it be that the PSU output is not sufficient even though that 500W indicated. I do not know perhaps my PSU is a cheep one and can't keep up and support all unit with the adequate kick by power up!

It's actually a 6-pin connector in my case! Just for info...

No it isn't. The CPU power connector is NEVER 6-pin, it's 4 or 8. The 6-pin is for the graphics card.

Yes you are right I misunderstuud you! It is 4-pin and it is also connected, what I ment 6-pin is the grafics!

Is the PSU in your PC also a coolermaster like the case or is it a different brand? Coolermasters aren't very good, but they're not that unreliable. Cheap brand units however are absolute garbage.

Hmm, shouldn't cause a problem, but it'd be worth having that checked too.

Suggest you remove the M/B - power supply from the case. Also, use only one stick of memory and no Graphs card, no CD Roms,no Hard drives or monitor.

Power up the motherboard OUT of the case, use the M/B box to sit it on. You'll need to short the two power connectors on the M/B with a small screw driver. If not sure, check the M/B paperwork.

This will test the M/B - power supply - and CPU - Heat Sink, if this works - YOU HEAR Beeps then the M/B could be shorted to the case when it's installed. If not then either M/B - CPU - Power supply - Memory.

You would need another power supply to test the supply itself.

Hope this helps.

try disconnecting everything from the motherboard execpt the video card, hard drive, key board and mouse.try to boot,if it does, reinstall all your hardware one at a time and boot up after you install .if you get to a point where the computer will not boot up, the last piece of hardware installed may be the problem.you may also have a problem with one pci slot circuit shorted that will kill the computer if a card is installed in that slot.these are just a few things that you can try.

Thanks for the replays, now it's all sorted out! You were right sammorris, the graphics was faulty, and my retailer has replaced it!
I have put everything together and it's running!

Now I have to configure my system, and try to over clock it! I am not particularly good on that as I never have done it before! I'll keep you guys informed and will get back to you for more help, if it?s not a problem!

Thanks again!

Sorry guys not keeping you updated but my storry did not end by the replacement of the GPU. After they replaced the faulty part, I was experiencing the same problem again. Over all after 2 month difficulties it's ended up that one of the RAM slot was also faulty so they have replaced the Mobo as well.

Fanny thing, when I could make my system boot and entered the BIOS menu the system has recognised the 2x 1GB memory but at re-boot the faulty slot caused always some kind of interference.

I hope it all sorted, finally! I cross my fingers!

Thanks anyway all your help!

You know, I only just realised this was a duplicate post - normally that's not allowed here, but it doesn't look like anyone spotted it!
