How can I burn data files onto a DVD-R

I don't know how to record data files like .jpg or .mp3 from my HD to DVD-R, if you know how, I'll apreciate your help.

Probably the easiest way is to use Roxio Easy CD Creator 6 Drag-to-Disc

I'd suggest staying away from Roxio, it has caused a lot of troubles to many (just skim through the forums and see).
Nero is an excellent tool for this purpose.

Any of these will do: Roxio Ecdc, Nero, RecordNow Max, Sonic RecordNow Deluxe. Like the above posts, I would avoid Roxio, unless you're using packet writing. These programs are easy to use.
