Nero Installation problem.

Hi guys, every time i try to install nero i get a little error message saying (collections not a valid short file name)
I've used the nero clean tool to remove the old nero and all associated files but still getting that error message. I downloaded nero and put it in my collections folder and am trying to install from a different computer from my network.
Any Ideas?

nks for the reply, I have downloaded it from nero site and just saved that on the computer so it's on the computer i wish to install iton but i'm still getting the same message. When installing it unpacks the files, get's to if i wamt to install nero with ask toolbar and wheather i say yes or no that's when the message comes up. Any more ideas? Please!!

hi I want to download nero for free but either I get one and then it tells me corrupted file or I get one and asks me for the serial number and even though I'm able to find it in the web, cannot put it in. Any ideas?

By the way I have windows vista in my healthy computer. So reading your comments I get that I need nero 8 right???

if you have any other versions of nero on the pc's use which ever version clean tool from nero website, then try install...

to the other poster here nero isnt free!
