My printer's lights (all of them) won't stop flashing. I've tried various solutions like turning it off to restart it (which is impossible since I press the power button and it keeps flashing away). It's not jammed with paper and it's ink cartridges are full. Can anyone help me on this?

I've tried that solution, the first step for all lights blinking says to turn off the printer pressing the power button. But I press the power button and it paces down for a while, then it goes back to flashing

Did you also unplug the printer, like it says?

i remember somebody saying that to reset these machines you need to plug the power back in while holding down all 3 buttons.. count to ten and release.. cd-covers I think it was on.
