Backitup ES v.7 does not show DVD Drive as target

Clean Install of Nero 7 Essentials on Windows 2003 R2 Server.
Wehn run by Administrator, target selection includes option to backup to DVD Drive.
User can see DVD drive in Explorer but DVD Drive not listed as backup target in BackitUp2 program window?
Even when added to Administrators Group, DVD does not show at available target, but all hard disks do in any configuration?

What am I missing? ( Note Nero update was done as of May 10 ).
(I have another server with similar users and older DVD-RW drive. Everything works fine under that config.)

Same CD. Specifically done to ensure like environments. However, I may have stumbled across the issue. I had an older version of Nero on the one working server and everything worked fine. I forgot that uninstalls frequently do not clear out old settings and it may be that burning rights are standing in my way. Strangely enough, the version 7 burning rights did not install on either server so I will have to find a way to install it manually.

I will try this out over the next couple of days and report back.
