which of the following

KHX6400D2LLK2/4G

is best with the ASUS P5E-VM HDMI Motherboard

(NOTE: remember that some Asus boards make cl4 800mhz run at 667mhz instead)

i am looking for
best compatibility
best performance
how cold it will remain

plz explain your recommendation if possible

I've not used the 2GB modules, but Corsair memory rarely has compatibility issues with any board. Since you're going with a low grade board, you may as well stick with the CAS5 RAM to be sure.
