Dstt TTMENU.SYS error

Ok, I ordered a DSTT from deal extreme and recieved it yesterday. I got the system files on it and got games from romulation.com, they did not show up on the DSTT menu, so I used BitZipper and unzipped the .rar files. I removed the hardware from my PC and put it in my DS. The menu opened normaly, and i clicked on the game (Harvest Moon) it loaded for a second and a balck box showded up on the bottom saying ttmenu.sys error. I reformated the card and used FAT32. I tried with all of the versions, with no improvement, could I have step by step instuctions how to fix this for a beginer? Here is my info:

1gb Black Japan Micro Sd Kingston
Windows XP
