I'm trying to get Azureus to run better/faster. I'm trying to use port 54628 which I have put on my windows firewall exception and I'm pretty sure I forwarded it correctly on my Linksys router. Still though I only get yellow faces on my downloads and when I try to test it with Azureus I get "Testing port 54628 ... NAT Error - Connect attempt to XX.XXX.XX.XXX:54628 (your computer) timed out after 20 seconds. This means your port is probably closed."

What am I doing wrong? On this torrent I have going it says I'm connected to 7 seeds and there are 516 in the swarm and connected to 23 peers and there are 2174 in the swarm.
The Swarm Speed is 3.54 MB/s and the average speed in this swarm is over 100 kB/s.
Right now I am only getting around 10 kB/s...

Anyone know how I can get that yellow face to be green??? I've tried all that I know to do.

i have a similar problem, i have listening port set to 15000 and with that i get a popup while vuze is working that port 15000 failed to establish a connection yet it still downloads at a pretty decent speed for me, once there are plenty of seeds that is.i have my ip address blocked also.

You probably need a static ip address (only with a router): http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm Any help with Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 and disabling UPnP: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/UPnP you can see if your ISP is on this list, there are more too: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs Edit: I don't think it matters as long as the port is over 10,000 but I think Azureus reccomends a port over 47 something, say 50,000.
