my computer downloads at an average of 60kbs with no matter what or where the file is coming from. whether its a megaupload download or a torrent download.

if i download 2 files at the same time, the two files will download at an average of 30kbs. the 60kbs limit is NOT the limit my router is supposed to be (i've seen other people with this exact router model go up to 90kbs). i presume this is a software setting limitation. where can i change this limitation (should this setting exist). thanxs in advance

Could be wrong but never heard of a speed limitation in a router unless it wasn't port forwarded. For 2 or more downloads to share the bandwidth is normal. Most likely the client settings, use a port or range over 10,000 that isn't the default, disable UPnP, use Protocol Encryption if your client has it, set your upload to 80% keeping in mind kb versus kB.
