From what I have heard that motherboard is pretty horrible. Why not go with a X48 motherboard?

I like this PSU better. Well proven.

The ATI 4850 performs better than the 9800GTX and you can use two of them on the X48 motherboard. This one comes with free games.

Why not go with two Seagate 7200.11's in RAID instead of the Velociraptor. There really isn't much performance gain with the 10,000 RPM drive compared to the two 7200.11's and you get a lot more space with less money.

I agree with abuzar, get the two 4850's and crossfire them, but I would go with the DFI LP LT X48-T2R instead. If you plan on overclocking or not that board is really great.

Either the Rampage or the DFI will work fine, the GA-X48-DS4 shouldn't be discounted either.
Use the PSU Abuzar recommended, and use HD4850 graphics card(s).
The Velociraptor, Antec 900, Q9450 and Pioneer DVD drive are all good choices, though I'd go with Corsair RAM over OCZ.
