CANT READ DATA!!! PLZ HELPP

I have an M3 Simply and everytime i always try to download new games it keeps saying something like -CANT READ DATA REINSERT CARD!
I dont know what to do! PLEASE HELP!!

1. Update your firmware to the latest version

2. make sure the games do not require a patch to run i.e the hulk game out right now

3. if this fails most likely the nds files you have are garbage download them from somewhere else
