Problems ripping Salon Kitty aka Madame Kitty

I'm having all sorts of trouble ripping the Tinto Brass movie Salon Kitty, aka Madame Kitty. I've tried a whole arsenal of programs: AnyDVD, DVD Shrink, DVD FAB, RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter, etc. All get around 50% and then fail. Anyone out there had success in ripping this title?

This is the error message I get in DVDClone2 at 50%:

File 1 D:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB 30 TCSectorReader

Never mind, ordered a second copy and it rips perfectly. Though there were no visible scratches or scuffs on the first disc. I was able to rip chapters 1 through 15 and then 18 through 30 without any problems, 16 & 17 is where it would crap out.
