A DVD-9 cannot hold 12.5GB.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Start with 1 DVD-9 .
DVD Shrink . Re-author the DVD the way you want it. Removing languages you don't need and anything else you don't need will help with compressing it down to a DVD-5 . You may even find that your re-authored DVD doesn't need compression however when re-authoring DVD Shrink will not allow you to keep the menu.
VobBlanker to blank what you don't want and to remove the languages you don't need. Then open with Shrink.
