I tried to put a game on the card which was corrupt and have now corrupted the card. I have formatted the card but don't have the file "fire_eng_1_45.nds". Can I download this from anywhere. The DS is for my daughters birthday on Thursday so time is of the escence. I keep getting an error message when trying to load.

Thanks in advance for help in this matter

http://www.dslinker.cn/download/DSLinker_XMENU255.rar
.
you probabaly dont need the 'fire_eng_1_45.nds'
.
download this latest xmenu(above), unzip it using winrar....then send it to the firecard using the USB interface.
.
your firecard is fixed.
put games on.
play.

allow me to go into more detail...
1st of all, dont panic...you have 6 days before your daughters birthday, and it's a 5 minute job.
.
make sure you DID NOT format the card in your PC...it must be done in the DS(hold 'start + select' down while the card is booting)
.
WINRAR
have you used it before?
it's easy to use.
i suggest you choose DESKTOP when selecting your download or unzipping path untill you get familiar with it.
double click what you want to unzip>>>>winrar will open>>>>highlight the file you want from the list>>>>>click where it says 'extract to'(near the top left)>>>>then chose path by highlighting 'desktop'(your unzip destination)>>>>click OK.
...the unzipped file will be on your desktop.
it will probabaly say the GAMENAME.NDS
when you have this '.nds' file, connect the firecard to the PC....left ckick on game.nds file>>>>>send to>>>>>'removable drive X'
.
unzip the xmenu and send it to the firecard the same way you would with a game.
