Yep, that's a fake. If I remember right, the "R4-III" was a DSTT... Or an N5, I can't remember.

It's fake but there is a chance for it to work. Possibly less of a chance for it working but it still might work. If you want to buy it, it's 33.99 here r4dsusa.com + free shipping.
