Need SS.bin files. help!!!

I this is an older way of backing up my games, but I lost my SS.bin file website when my PC crashed a few weeks ago. I had 3 sites but i cant remember what they were. I know one had something to do with a frog. Just for info, i have the Hitachi drive and from what I hear, those are pretty troublesome. Thank You for any help.
