What else do I need to get?

I've been searching forums for about the last 4 hours (after completeing my first custom guitar hero disc) looking for what else I need to get down to playing. I have:
Old school fatty ps2
Seagate FreeAgent GO 120gb external

I don't want to:
Solder anything or take anything apart
buy a flash drive
use a slide tool

So what are my options? I'm ONLY interested in playing custom guitar hero discs. I assume I need to get a USB adapter. I was reading about USBeXtreme helping with the 1.1 usb load times. I don't care if it takes the same amount of time as the normal game to load, I just want to play. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I realize there will be a purchase involved somewhere in here. I'm hoping it's just a cd/dvd.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up purchasing USBeXtreme. We'll see how well it plays the custom discs. *crosses fingers*

usbextreme has a low game compatability, and the usb port is only 1.1. your best bet was to get a regular IDE hdd and the network adapter, and hdloader.
