Using a friend's laptop, he had no virus protection or any kind of internet security...Appears he has gotten some malware and spyware on his HD...I did a Hijack this log...Wondering if anyone might have some suggestions.

The only process that you might want to look into is LVComSer. Malware will try and disguise itself as this sometimes, but it appears it's in the right folder on your hard drive. What spyware tools are you using? Have you tried using Spybot?
