Can I copy DVD+R media to a blank DVD+R using DVD X Copy?

I need to know how to copy a dvd+r movie to a blank dvd+r disc using DVD X Copy. I don't think there is any way to import something with DVD X Copy or DVD X Express.

If you have a DVD+R disc with a movie/data on it, you can copy it by right clicking on the drive, selecting explore, and copying the contents into a directory on your computer. Then burn as you did the original back-up, or using Nero, Record Now (guides in my signature)
