Whenever I download things on my laptop with Azureus it maxs out at like 10KBPS and upload is basically nothing. On my desktop downloads go over 100KPBS instantly and uploads go over 300KBPS, whats the problem?

Edit: Never mind, the program had set itself to max download of 7KBPS.

Is there any program better than Azureus?
