HELP, advise me on decent personal all in one printer...

i am a graphic design student in need of a ALL IN ONE PRINTER with good printing quality as well as scannig quality.

My wishes:

*the cheaper the better (hopefully under $200 dollars)
*the smaller the better because i will be moving overseas after i graduate
*good printing and scanning quality

at first i was looking at the CANON PIXMA MX 850, newegg had them for $100 dollars a few weeks ago... but now they jacked up the price again... and that printer is a bit big too

although i prefer to print my freelance work, my portfolio pieces and other fancy stuff at a printshop store, i would like my printer to be really good/decent in case something comes up and i have to print my work on it insetad of going out to print.

can somene suggest a decent ALL IN ONE PRINTER please?
