I had already tried saving the text file inside and rename it, but I got the same message. How could I do it?

Two things:

1) The sub lines inside were preceded by this:

00:01:03,000 -> 00:01:03,500

but srt files had his shape:

1
00:01:03,000 --> 00:01:03,500

So I added another line to every arrow.

2) When you save the file on the text editor, save it as an .srt file.

That did it. Now SW recognized and opened the file.
