What do I do with ogg audio files

I have just downloaded an album, which has all the tracks as ogg files.

I can play these using winamp, but can they be transferred to CD as they are or do they need to be re-encoded.

If I do net to re-encode can you suggest some appropriate software.

If you are trying to make an audio cd from them, find the OGG plugin on this page for nero
