ok i was trying to take the ps2 apart to fix it when the ribbon that conects the reset button to the console came off, i was wondering how to fix it

its under the CD tray, I'm on vacation now so I can't post pics but i believe its somewhere under the cd tray. Its a pain to get back in. (Sorry, that didn't help)

If I'm correct, you'll have to open up your ps2 and plug that back into the motherboard.
