At idle yes those are good temps but what are they under loads?

36c to 38c CPU, system runs at 32c to 34c

Lol well, if youre at 38C under full load then the Zalman is fine IMO, I dont think anyone else would object either lol.

Not a 9700, you will get the same performance at a lower noise level, or a few degrees off your temps probably with a high speed fan, nothing extraordinary.
