Completed DVD-decrypting in "File mode" a Cruise TRAVEL DVD.
numerous VTS files resulted
The selected file I wish to use (Email to associate)
VTS_03_1 is an ATI Player file. I have an ATI 9600 Video Card. The file plays fine on my system...
I'm lost /confused as to how I accomplish the task of sending file to others....TNXS DEMUZZ

There are limits to the size of email file attachments.
Perhaps it would be easier to upload the file to a share site (Rapidshare?) if the size of the upload is allowed and let the friend download it.

The size of the file is not the concern....
It is the "Type of File" an "ATI Player file"....Can any one play this type of file ????
Can it be converted to possibly WMV..............

That just means that you have chosen ATI Player as your default player. You probably have your settings set to hide the file extensions.
The file is most likely a VOB file in a folder with IFO and BUP files. There are lots of programs that can convert it to a WMV file. Some are free, some are not. I use DVDFab Platinum.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

you want to send DVD compliant files to other computers via email? Not gonna happen! You need to convert the files to a smaller imprint and then maybe your internet provider will allow you to send a large file through email! Unless you file share your DVD by uploading to a Demonoid, Pirate Bay, etc, by uploading/converting to torrent file; this will allow file sharing! good luck.

your best bet is to use the free dvdshrink to shrink and cutout the section that you want, than you can back it up into an iso. The free "vlc" media player will play an ISO file directly.

But if you want to send that file through the internet you will need to shrink it even more. You can use the free fairuse wizard lite to convert that iso into a file less than 700 mb, which will be easier to send in the internet.
