How would I show a DVD sequence on the fly?

I'm working on an information kiosk project where some information is dependant upon the day of the week.
More than three-quarters of the information is the same "Stock" video but the rest of the information is very much dependant on the day show.
ie. No reason to show yesterday's or tomarrow's promotion.

In order to reduce media cost and save time, I don't want to simply create 7 nearly identical DVDs each week.

One disc with 7 different menu options (programs) would work best for my project.

Additionally, I don't simply want to choose options for playback as I wouldn't always be the person starting the presentations. As this is a kiosk, the video will need to loop, easy enough for a simple single title dvd, but I don't know if that setup would be the same.

I'm sure that scenarist would easily create such a dvd for me, but I don't have anywhere close to that kind of money.

Assumptions I've made.
- Each video clip will need a unique VOB file.
- The IFO will control which VOB's to play and in which sequence.
- Each menu item activate its own PGC.
- IfoEdit is my best hope.

How do I put it all together?
