a program called ReNamer, which allows you to drag and drop various files and rename their extensions to whatever you want. Works perfect for converting .img to .iso . Also works for converting mp4 to mpeg, mpeg to avi, and so on. It's fun to play with, and if you mess up, you can always name the file back to it's original extension. Next, my all-time favorite video converter, completely free as well
