Hi i want to rip my daughter Hannah Montana DVD before it gets destroyed by her but have not had any luck with dvd fab , shrink , decrytper , has anyone solved this problem yet if so please give detailed advice . i would be very grateful . thank you

Hi yes thank you , i have used dvd decrypter says I/O error scsistatus 0x02 . dvd fab is error while reading and if i hit ignore all it does is just keeps trying to read it and dvd shrink says Data error (cyclic redundancy check ) i have tried cleaning the disc too that didnt help . because its a new dvd it might be a new encoding or something as i have done her other disney dvds without a problem . Any and all help is welcome and thank you again for your responses .

I forgot to add that is is the 3D version and the disc itself has a line in the center looks like it divides the disc up into 2 sections it looks like it was already put there by the disc pressing people , thank you

Sounds like the not uncommon bad press.

Exchange your copy and retry. Just because a movie will play does not mean it will rip.

my bet its a copy protection issue that dvd shrink and or dvd decrypter can't handle, both out of date programs. you will need to use dvdfab decrypter or anydvd as a ripper first.

Dvdfab is your best bet, I suggest you rip the whole disk.
