hey people, ive got a problem with bit comet i can't seem to find how to fix it.

I start downloading something and it works fine until it reaches 98-99% complete. Then it just stays on that. I've left it for a while and doesn't seem to budge though everything says it's downloading fine.

Any seeds, has it ever completed? Does it play anyway?

yes, there are seeds and the completed files work. though the ones that aren't competed obviously dont work. When it sits at 99.9% there's still a few files that have 10% to go of the torrent, but they still don't have any progress. even if i leeave it going for days and all the while it says its downloading nothing happens and bit comet says eg 12 mins left until finished .

..i hope that made sense lol

This is no answer but I'd maybe try downloading the file with another client, pointing to the same download folder so it can resume from where it's stopped.
