Hi I am trying to rip and burn a backup of Scary movie and I have not been that succesful with it yet. This is what I've done.
1 ripped full dvd to hd
2 examined the files total 5g
3 I replaced all the extra movie preveiws with dumby vobfile 0kbs
4 used ifoedit and corrected vts sector
5 burned video and audio ts folder in nero 5.5 (never had a problem with this before)
when exploring the actual disc I noticed a file called disc id could this be the problem

I did scary movie a couple of days ago no problem. Ripped the whole movie with dvddecryptor used ifo edit and vob extras to remove all streams except 5.1 audio then got vts sectors then wrote straight to disc. this was a standard run of the mill rip and write check the guides by darrow dvd9 to dvd5 without menus ( I never write menus unless i really need them ) hope this helps.
