Is there a program or a way to design my own menu buttons?

We know using Nero Vision, we can create our own menus and all that mumbo jumbo. What I was wondering is if there is any way or any site where I can design my own buttons. I have some ideas how I want my buttons to be and they're not any of the ones they offer in Nero Vision already.

Also, is there a way to not have the image of the video shown in the menu? For example, if I want to put together a wrestling DVD and I split each match as a scene, I don't want the scenes' picture on the menu to be the video of the scene, I would like to put a graphic instead.

Is there any way I could make this possible?
