I was going at a 250kb download/ 400kb upload to a 5kb download and an 11 kb upload.

I am at my school, and I suspect that they have locked me down to dial-up speed for a while from doing a few other tests.

Does anyone have a recommendation?
I have to do a few more files while I am here, since I have dial-up at home.

Thanks in advance.
I hope I picked the right forum.

In a word, no unless maybe you are friend's with their IT person and even then, I doubt they'd want to put their job on the line. Maybe, if these are legal files, you could talk to whoever is in charge. Don't know about proxies or if that would even help. Sound's like the library for you.

Thanks, I figured it out.
