I know there is probably a bunch of these topics asking for help on port forwarding but im stuck,I forwarded my port on my router,I configured my norton to allow the port to function and i set up a static ip address and it still says the port is blocked what could it be?

There are a lot of things it could be. At options>preferences>connection, disable UPnP abnd randomize port. Ensure the port you do enter there is over 10,000 and not the default and is the one you forward to. Use Protocol Encryption: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674 check this list for your ISP or what is it, maybe someone knows if it throttles: http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Bad_ISPs Any firewall, even Windows? Check your ip address is set correctly at ipconfig/all in Command Prompt. Is this a new install of utorrent because it gave me a false, red light for a while at first.
