i have been using toorrent sites for ages now and usually have no probs usually they download about 40kbs have even had it up to 130kbs b4 but now i cannot download any torrents of any website of torrent downloader,they are either not downloading at all or downloading very slow at 0,1 kbs,this is really frustrating
any one got any ideas on how to fix it please??

Consider these points. If all your settings are still correct with your modem/router and client, have you received a notification of any sort from your isp? there are some that will throttle speeds when torrent activity is detected. Lastly are you using encryption with your client and do you use peerguardian2 or similar?
