Recently i've been having trouble with some movies ive burnt. I'm using TY as media, Lite-On dvd burner. I use DVD FAB Platinum to rip the files to my computer, then i open them up using DVD shrink and burn with nero. Everything is successful and theres no problems when burning. But when i play the movie in the dvd player, it automatically plays in random scenes/chapters. It wont allow me to go into the root menu or skip chapters. This has happen to 7/10 of my movies. Whats the deal?

You wouldn't happen to be using Nero 8 would you?

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

It does not work well with DVD Shrink. Use them separately or better yet, burn with ImgBurn.

ahh ic ic... i just recently downloaded nero 8... thanks.

one question. Is there a way i can connect imgburn with dvdshrink? like how dvdshrink and nero is connected in the sense that it will ask for a blank media after dvdshrink finishes encoding?

I see Dialysis1 is taking good care of you, just follow his advice and you should be just fine.

Some assembly required.
