Hello....

After my 7 yr old downloaded a 3D update for her NickJr game...Nero and 2 other applications stopped loading. I un-installed and reinstalled each of the programs...including the 3D update. BUT not matter what the Nero reads: Unable to register the Nero file(nero lib and two other files) regsvr32 error 0x3....
I'm on the worse crap comp that was someones elses, saving for a new one...I have no disks for the comp and there is so much wrong finding things is a head banging drag....

What other programs work as easily and generally the same as Nero for burning avi's,iso's..etc straight to disk to play on standing dvd player? I have tried Ashampoo and really hate it for anything outside of music disks.

And has anyone ever had the same error prob...was is fixed?

Did you use the Nero Clean Tool to uninstall nero, then reinstall?

DVD Flick for creating DVD files from AVI and burning to disk.

Imgburn can be used for burning ISO and data files.

I uninstalled with the tool.(after reading your post) Cleaned comp and tried reinstall again, same problem. I found other messages with the same error over the last week, but they were always for different applications...nobody ever found an answer...

I will try the programs you listed, they sound great...Thank you very much for your help!!!
