This log looks very familiar.
Increase your memory either by adding more or shutting down programs running in the background.
Update your firmware.

Get 8x media and burn at 4x.
If you want to burn with today's 16x media, you will need to replace this 2005 burner.

I'll try the firmware.
Also, i'd like to burn at x4 but it won't give me the option.
