LG HT303SU Disc tray problem

Hello everybody,

unfortunately i bought LG player.after setting i noticed that disc tray locked problem. I tried many things but disc tray didn't open.When i push the open button it writes on the screen 'LOCKED'
i went the Shop for fixing the problem but they didint help me and directed me service if you are foreigner in Romania you can understand me easily.

So Please help me..

Turn off power to unit. While power is off, hold down the "stop" button on the unit until it reads UNLOCK.
