I downloaded Codebreaker V9.0.iso and I used Alcohol %120 at x4 into a DVD-R, but my PlayStation says = Please insert a PlayStation or PlayStation2 format disk.
I downloaded a game from UTorrent(nfs carbon) it came in a .ISO file. I putted everything inside the DVD-R(not the .iso file, but what's inside it), and my playstation says exactly the same when I use Codebreaker 9.0 = Please insert a PlayStation or PlayStation2 format disk.

You can buy it via e-bay or any ps2 shop and technician will put it Into your ps2 some solder skill needed for it (depends where you live) And if so , be ware that the modchip HAVE NO SLEEP MODE OTHERWISE CODEBREAKER WON'T WORK :), or if you can affor another hardware , you Could try hdd. ^^
For Exploit:
Google is your best friend , trust me with it :), and i believe there are many exploits , just try google and youtube :).
