hello all , i would like a help from you guys , today i been on google and psx-scene and other forums afterdawn etc...for almost 6 hours straight trying to find a solution for my problem and ofcource not to mention last months effort so here's my problem ; last 2 months effort was finding out that my ps2 goes into a sleep mode and the only solution was use hdd (best) or new mod or ofcource new exploits, but i couldn't afford both of them ;
so today i thought about coming back and try a new exploit and it was booting the codebreaker of memory card or usb and none worked unfortunately ; i tried codebreaker 9.3 and 10 , both on dvds but my modchip goes to sleep mode (game couldn't start) and today i tried to boot them via ulaunch (elf) booting from a memorycard or usb it went into codebreaker but when i select the game (with few codes) i get "game couldn't start" so please i need to help , i really want to use code breaker like the old days i used to , im sure that codebreaker wont start the game with cheats is because my modchip is with sleep mode that's what i found but am not sure about that ...
Thanks in advance
Note:Both of the codebreaker versions are back up and games tried with it are back up also
[once cb has started your modchip stopped its function, and as a result it became a normal non-modded machine so it won't read backups.] Quote from someone in the forum.
(but i boot it via a usb/mem Elf) , or maybe because i used the ulaunch dvd from the first place? , but i thought it already restart when you press on the ELF file?
EDIT:Okay today i went to google and searched for a "proper" codebreaker 9.2 and i found it , it says codebreaker 9.2 anti-modchip , cracked by ps2tgs etc...(under codebreaker when you boot it ) , people said it worked for them and they could use cheats , but when i tried it on mine it says "game didn't start , please re-try" it's really frustrating .
am sure its because of my modchip . sleep mode ? if so i heard you could disable the sleepmode?
Thanks in advance
Note: my ps2 version is Scph-39004 , and my modchip am not sure
