Pokémon Pearl + Action Replay help

Ok so i'm hopefully getting an Action Replay tomorrow so that i can get the Legendaries on Pokémon Pearl. Problem is, i've read that you need to set a special flag on both Mew and Deoxys otherwise they wont obey, is there a code to put this special flag on them or will the cheat put it on them from the start?

I wouldn't worry about it until it actually shows up as a problem.

I have no idea what the "special flag" would be. The only way a Pokemon won't obey you is if you don't have the right badges or maybe I think if your friendship rating is like 1.
